Welcome to the
Ramble Before the Gamble
! (Formerly the
Higgins Mountain Gravel Rambler
)
Based out of the Wentworth Provincial Park, there will be a 78 km option and a 39 km option. The routes start with an out-and-back ramble via Westchester, then along the Wallace River over rolling - mostly unpaved- low traffic road. The Gamblers taking on the 78 km Route then head up the rough and loose roads of Stephens Mountain, roll through windmill and blueberry country, before a fast but bumpy descent to the finish.
38+mm tires are recommended.
