Eastern CX Challenge Junior and Master races require full UCI licence. OCA Provincial Licence or Non-Member Permit valid for Open and Youth Challenge categories.

All non-Ontario residents must hold full UCI licence issued by their province.

Only Ontario residents may purchase Non-Member permits.
