Welcome to the First Annual Eppoch Keppoch BikeFest Weekend (Enduro and Cross Country Race)

We are excited to have you join us for a weekend of MTB racing. Information specific for the Enduro and XC can be found below which will outline categories, duration of race and fees.

The ENDURO will be August 10th (Saturday)

The XC (Cross Country) will be August 11th (Sunday)

*On August 10/11, if heavy rain (more than 30mm) is forecast for the days of the races, and the rain is forecasted to begin early in the morning, the race will be pushed to August 17/18. We will inform you of this decision by 3 pm on August 9.

The Hill will be closed at 5 pm, August 9 in preparation for the two races. Rules and additional info will be emailed to race registrants in advance of the race, and posted on www.thekeppoch.ca by August 1.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday August 8, 9, 10 the entire parking lot will be open for overnight camping. If you have a trailer the fee is $30 per night. If you are tenting or using your vehicle only, the fee is $20 per night. There will be no free overnight parking. Pre-book online or on site (pre-booking recommended). Campers must check into the lodge before setting up.

Important: it is likely that demand for camping spaces will be high. Please consider the many folks who wish to camp in our limited space by not "stretching" out your camping area. Think of the weekend as 'tight camping' so that as many folks as possible can stay. We will ask you to reduce your camping space if you take up too much room. At other times, our camping spaces are generous, and this is not a problem but for this large event, we ask you to pack yourselves together to maximize room for all.

Keppoch will also be offering access to the shuttle service on August 8th, from 4pm – 8 pm and again on August 9th from 10am to 5pm, so you can hit the trails prior to race weekend. Registration and payment for the shuttle service is online or in the lodge. There will be no other shuttle service this weekend. Current shuttle pass holders are welcome to use the August 8th or 9th shuttle service as part of their season pass. Non-shuttle users are welcome to ride all trails with membership or day pass registration but please note that most trails will be closed as of 5 pm August 9 ^th to set up for the races. All trails will be open again Sunday afternoon. White Rock Trails will remain open throughout the weekend.
