11:15 am Sport/U19/U15/youth pre-race briefing

11:30 am Sport/U19/U15/youth start

1:30 pm– BBQ start

4pm cut-off for all categories/stages close

4:30/4:45 pm – Awards

4:30 pm – BBQ close

5pm tear down of Village Park

Stages will be completed in numerical order starting with stage 1
